For your real estate agent you will need to provide: 

(buyer and seller) Identification: This document is used to verify a client’s identity and is enforced through the Government of Canada. This federal requirement is used to prevent money laundering and fraud. 

For your Mortgage Broker you will need to provide: 

Know your Gross Annual Income (past two years)

Personal Tax Returns (past two years)

Personal Notice of Assessment from Revenue Canada
