What does our first appointment look like?

Our first meeting is an opportunity to meet in person and get to know each other a little bit. This is typically done at the property, We will discuss the details of your home as we take a full tour and you can show me special or unique features you feel stand out or caught your eye when you purchased the home. We will discuss your expectations of me as your Realtor® and I will take you through a personalized marketing plan for your property.

What I may ask from you at our first meeting:

Well Information
Roof Age
Furnace and AC Age
HWT and Water Softener Age
Utility Bills

What does our second appointment look like?

(PHONE / VIDEO CALL OPTIONAL) Our second appointment will cover the findings of the CMA Report, your thoughts on the CMA as well as monetary and timeline goals for the listing.

How do we prepare for Media Day?

I will provide a Media Day Checklist with your CMA Report at our second appointment.
